One of the pieces of really scary news that I heard yesterday was a report that indicates children who are educated in Tennessee have fewer changes of succeeding. I can't find the link, so I can't get more specific, but I'll just file in under "One more reason to plan that move to Elsewhere." While I couldn't find that article, I did find this. All of MIT's courses on line...for free. Pretty incredible, huh? Nice timing seeing as how I just learned that education is the key to a long life.
